Customized table for device &25 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system detected an error with a customized table while attempting to vary on device &25. The probable causes are:
-- The customized table could not be found.
Recovery . . . : Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary device &25 off and then on again.
If the problem continues, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to describe and report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error code is &40. The CCIOM (Common Class Input/Output Manager) detected an error while accessing a customized table configured for device &25.
The error codes and their meanings follow:
CC100018 -- An exception occurred at activation time while accessing the customized table(s) for the device.
