Resources not sufficient for line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system is trying to open a communications session; however, the input/output processor (IOP) &26 does not have enough resources to create a minimum environment for the line.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Vary off any line on IOP &26 that is not currently being used.
-- For the synchronous data link control (SDLC) environment, reduce the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME parameter) on the Change SDLC Line Description (CHGLINSDLC) command.
-- For the binary synchronous communications (BSC) or asynchronous environment, reduce the maximum buffer size (MAXBUFFER parameter) on the appropriate line description.
-- For the X.25 environment, reduce the maximum packet size (MAXPKTSIZE parameter) on the Change X.25 Line Description (CHGLINX25) command.
-- Use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command to increase the QMCHPOOL system value.
-- Move some lines from IOP &26 to another IOP, then use the appropriate change line description command to change the resource name (RSRCNAME parameter) of the lines that were moved.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
