Line &23 failed. Automatic recovery started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system detected a problem, and started automatic recovery using the QCMNRCYLMT system value.
Recovery . . . : Display the history log (DSPLOG command) to determine what caused the problem. Automatic recovery can be ended with the End Line Recovery (ENDLINRCY) command.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
