Recovery for controller &1 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attached line is either in recovery pending (RCYPND) or recovery cancel (RCYCNL) status.
Recovery . . . : Error recovery must be performed on the attached line. If the line has failed, check the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) or the configured message queue for possible error recovery messages. If recovery has been canceled, resume recovery on the line (RSMLINRCY command). Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command for controller &1 to identify the attached line.
