Controller description &24 not usable at this time.

Cause . . . . . : If the damage occurred during vary on processing, it was most likely caused by a hardware problem.
Recovery . . . : Vary the controller and devices off and then on (WRKCFGSTS command).
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A machine interface instruction has failed to complete causing controller description &24 and all attached devices to be partially damaged. The associated licensed internal code log entry identifier is &40.
