Cause . . . . . : The pending work for controller &24 could not be started because the local system was unable to dial out to the remote ISDN system over line &23. The system is currently attempting to retry the dial to the remote ISDN system. Depending on the values specified in the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in controller description &24, the system may choose a different line description to connect to the remote ISDN system. The SWTLINSLCT parameter is only valid for X.25 configurations.
