Network interface &1 failed with error code &2. Recovery in progress.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system detected a problem. The value of the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) parameter of the network interface description had not been reached yet, so the system automatically recovered the network interface.
Recovery . . . : To end automatic recovery, use the End Network Interface Recovery (ENDNWIRCY) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &4. The error code is &2. For more information about the error code, use the Display Message Description (DSPMSGD) command to display message &5 in message file QCPFMSG.
