Message : CPI595D
SNA negative response sense code &3 sent by local system to controller &1 on device &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The format of the session level security information received on the bind does not conform to expected System Network Architecture (SNA) protocol for session level security.
Either there was an attempt to circumvent the session level security between the remote and local systems, or the remote system has installed a release that does not support the expected protocol (a prior release).
Recovery . . . : If the remote system supports the same session level security, contact your Security Officer and give him or her this message. Otherwise, do the following:
If the device is APPN *YES, then use the Work with Configuration List (WRKCFGL) command, specifying APPN remote location configuration list (*APPNRMT) in the configuration list type (TYPE) parameter to delete and create the entries again for remote location &6 (if any exist).
Use the Work with Device Description (WRKDEVD) command to delete and create all the device descriptions again for that remote location.
Then contact the remote system operator, and have them try the request again.
Note, if the devices are APPN *YES, the system will automatically create these devices as needed.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &5. The local system sent SNA sense code &3. For more information about the sense code, see the SNA Formats, GA27-3136 manual.
