Controller &1 is connected to a new host control point &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : System services control point (SSCP) with control point name &2 and network identifier (ID) &3 has taken over the physical link represented on the local system by controller &1.
Controller description &1 was changed to reflect the advanced peer-to-peer networking (APPN) control point name and network identifier of the new SSCP. Use the Display Controller Description (DSPCTLD) command for controller &1 to display the new current remote control point name (RMTCPNAME parameter) and current remote remote network ID (RMTNETID parameter).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The new SSCP has initiated a non-activation exchange identifier (XID) exchange indicating it has taken over the link for the old SSCP.
