Time-out while processing a negative response from remote system. Affected mode &2 device &1.

Technical description . . . . . . . . : The remote system sent a negative response but the associated function manager header type 7 (FMH7) was not received in an internally specified time limit. The system was performing session maximum negotiation with the remote system when the time-out occurred.
