Transmission priority mismatch between networks.

Cause . . . . . : This is an informational message.
A session initiation request crossing network boundaries has a transmission priority mismatch. The request to initiate the session will proceed.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the configuration of the two nodes is correct.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
-- The origin network identifier is &1.
-- The origin location name is &2.
-- The origin class of service is &3.
-- The origin transmission priority field (TPF) is &4. TPF values and their meanings are listed below.
-- The destination network identifier is &5.
-- The destination location name is &6.
-- The destination class of service is &7.
-- The destination transmission priority field (TPF) is &8. TPF values and their meanings are listed below.
-- The mode name is &9.
The possible TPF values and their meanings follow:
0 -- Low
1 -- Medium
2 -- High
3 -- Reserved (not used)
