An incoming packet-mode call received on Network Interface &30 for Controller &24 was rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming packet-mode (X.31) call for Controller &24 from remote network address &40 was rejected by the local system. The local system rejected the call with an ISDN cause code of &42 (&44 &45).
The X.25 call requested Physical Services Header (PSH) which is not supported by the IBM i.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, ensure that a supported protocol is requested. Then contact the remote system operator to retry the call.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The cause information element is: &43.
The remote address extension received is: &41.
