An incoming call received on Network Interface &30 was rejected by the local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming packet-mode (X.31) call from remote network address &40 to local network address &46 was rejected by the local system. The local system rejected the call with an ISDN cause code of &42 (&44 &45).
The call was rejected because the local network address contained data that is not valid. The correct local network address format consists of IA5 characters representing Binary Coded Decimal (BCD) digits, that is, 0 through 9.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, report this situation to your ISDN provider. Then contact the remote operator to retry the call.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).

The cause information element is: &43.
The remote address extension received is: &41.
