Message : CPI59A6
X.25 incoming call request on line &23 rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An X.25 incoming call request with protocol identifier &41 was received from network address &40 and was rejected by the local system. Problem causes include:
-- Protocol identifier not correct or does not exist.
-- Controller description with CNNNBR parameter of &40 or *ANY does not exist.
-- Proper controller description in use or not varied on.
-- The user of a network device (device type *IPX, *OSI, *TCPIP, or *USRDFN) was not able to handle the call, which occurs if a network controller description does not exist or is not varied on.
-- The IPX circuit associated with X.25 line &23 has an incorrect remote network address.
-- Protocol support may not be started for the incoming protocol, including TCP/IP, IPX and QOSI.
Recovery . . . :
See the X.25 Network Support book, SC41-5405, for a list of supported protocol identifiers.
If the call was intended for SNA or asynchronous support, verify the protocol identifier is correct and find the controller description with a CNNNBR value of &40 or *ANY.
If you cannot find the controller description, create one and vary it on (VRYCFG command). Try the call again.
If you found the controller description, determine the status of the description (WRKCFGSTS command). If the status is:
- VARIED OFF, vary it on.
- ACTIVE, wait until the controller description is no longer in use and try the call again.
If the call was intended for the TCP/IP, IPX or the QOSI subsystem, determine if the appropriate support is started (WRKACTJOB command) and the controller and device are active (WRKCFGSTS command). Try the call again.
If the call was intended for a user-defined protocol application, determine if the application needs to be started. Ensure the controller and device used by the application are active (WRKCFGSTS command). Try the call again.
Verify that the remote network address associated with X.25 line &23 is correct. If it is not correct, change it to the correct value.
If the problem continues, report the problem using the ANZPRB command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason code is &48.
The reverse charge indicator was &43. Reverse charge indicators and their meanings follow:
00 - Reverse charge not requested.
01 - Reverse charge requested.
The fast select indicator was &42. Fast select indicators and their meanings follow:
00 - Fast select not requested.
01 - Fast select restricted requested.
02 - Fast select unrestricted requested.
The X.25 cause code is: &44 (&46).
The X.25 diagnostic code is: &45 (&47).
