Line &1 has disconnected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local system has disconnected normally from the X.25 network because the disconnect timers (DSCLINTMR parameter) configured for line &1 expired.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Line Description (WRKLIND) command to change the switched disconnect timer values. The DSCLINTMR value can be changed to increase or decrease the length of time a switched line will remain connected. The SWTDSC parameter can also be changed to *NO if the connection should never be automatically dropped by the system. In this case the line will not drop until the remote system initiates the dropping of the line, or the controller description attached to line &1 is varied off.
