The local system rejected an incoming ISDN call received on Network Interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming ISDN call, with connection type &45, from remote number &40 of &41 type and &42 plan and remote subaddress &43 of &44 type was rejected. The local system rejected the call with a cause code of &46 (&48 &49). The call was rejected because a failure was encountered by the local system while accessing the information maintained for processing incoming ISDN and X.25 calls. Additional information about the failure may be obtained from other messages in the system operators message queue (DSPMSG command).
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, wait for message CPI59CE to be issued to the QSYSOPR message queue or the configured message queue, and then contact the remote operator to retry the call.
If the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
