The local system can no longer process incoming ISDN or X.25 calls.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An irrecoverable failure was encountered by the local system while accessing the information maintained for processing incoming ISDN or X.25 calls. This failure occurred as a result of an unusable communication object or some other type of internal system failure.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity to remote systems via incoming ISDN or X.25 calls is desired, a system initial program load (IPL) is required. The local system is still able to initiate outgoing ISDN and X.25 calls.
Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The new Answer manager state is &40. Reason code &41 was encountered in module &42 at offset &43. The VLIC log identifier is &44. The server return code is &45.
