Controller &24 vary on failed while downloading PTFs.

Cause . . . . . :
The IBM i attempted to send controller program temporary fixes (PTFs) when a problem occurred. The error code is &40. The error codes and their meanings follow:
ECDF0001 - A negative response was received from the controller during the the download of controller PTFs.
ECDF0002 - An internal operating system problem occurred during the download of controller PTFs.
ECDF0003 - The controller did not respond during the download of controller PTFs.
The sense code is &41. The associated vertical licensed internal code log identifier is &42.
Recovery . . . :
Vary the controller off then vary on the controller using the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
