Automatic error recovery for network interface &30 canceled during IPL.

Cause . . . . . :
The automatic error recovery is canceled for network interface &30. This is done only during initial program load (IPL) for performance reasons.
Automatic error recovery will be canceled during IPL when the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) is configured for network interface &30 to continuously retry.
Recovery . . . :
Vary network interface &30 off and then vary it on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command or resume the automatic error recovery for network interface &30 using the Resume Network Interface Recovery (RSMNWIRCY) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Recovery is canceled to prevent the QSYSARB process from an error recovery loop during IPL. The QSYSARB process priority keeps the IPL from completing.
