Network interface &30 failed, TEI assignment failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The terminal endpoint identifier (TEI) assignment procedure was not attempted since the system had previously detected a duplicate TEI.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Network Interface Description (WRKNWID) command to verify that the correct TEI (TEID) is configured for the Network Interface, and that no other equipment on the same interface is using the same value. Then use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary network interface &30 off, then on.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40: TEI remove message previously received for manual TEI.
