Network interface &30 failed, TEI removed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the system or the network detected a duplicate terminal endpoint identifier (TEI) in use. The system removed its TEI.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the correct TEI (TEID) is configured for the Network Interface, and that no other equipment on the same interface is using the same value (WRKNWID command). Then use the VRYCFG command to vary network interface &30 off, then on.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The reason code is &40: Manual TEI removed due to either:
-- TEI remove message received from NT,
-- System suspects duplicate TEI assigned.
