Line &23 failed, channel error on network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A hardware error occurred for an ISDN channel used by line &23 on network interface &30. This error does not affect other ISDN channels on the network interface. The ISDN cause code associated with the call is &43 (&45 &46).
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary network interface &30 off, then on.
-- Use the VRYCFG command to vary network interface &30 off. Then use the VRYCFG command with reset (RESET parameter) specified as yes (*YES) if allowed to reset the input/output processor (IOP) and to vary network interface &30 on.
If the system sends a diagnostic message because other network interfaces on that IOP are varied on, vary them off. Then vary network interface &30 on with the RESET parameter specified as *YES if allowed.
-- Use the Work with Line Description (WRKLIND) command to display line &23. If the line is switched (CNN parameter is *SWT or *SWTPP), change the NWI channel number field on the SWTNWILST parameter so it either specifies *CALC or specifies a different channel number. If the line is nonswitched (CNN parameter is *NONSWT or *NONSWTPP), the channel number (NWICHLNBR parameter) can only be changed if the line description is deleted and re-created.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The reason code is &40: An error has occurred on a channel.
The ISDN cause information element is: &44.
