Network interface &30 failed. Resource already in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A network interface is already varied on for this port.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
--Vary off the active network interface and vary on network interface &30. The WRKHDWRSC command can be used to determine which other line descriptions are configured for the same port and which one is currently active.
--Use the active network interface instead of network interface &30, if this is a switched connection. This can be done by changing the line description to include the active network interface in its SWTNWILST parameter.
--Change the resource name (WRKNWID command) in network interface description &30 to correspond to a port that does not have a varied-on network interface.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error code is &40.
