An incoming packet-mode call received on Network Interface &30 was rejected by the local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming packet-mode (X.31) call from remote network address &40 to local network address &47 for Controller &24 was rejected. The local system rejected the call with an ISDN cause code of &42 (&44 &45). An internal system failure occurred while attempting to use Network Interface &30.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, ensure that an existing X.25 line description intended to accept this incoming ISDN call meets the following requirements:

- The physical interface (INTERFACE) parameter of the line
description is configured as *X31.
- The packet mode (PKTMODE) parameter is configured as *YES.
- The line description is varied on.

After ensuring the preceding requirements, contact the remote system operator to retry the call.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An unknown reason code of &46 was received.
The cause information element is: &43.
The remote address extension received is: &41.
