An incoming packet-mode call received on Network Interface &30 was rejected by the local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming packet-mode (X.31) call from remote network address &40 was rejected. The local system rejected the call with an ISDN cause code of &42 (&44 &45). The call was rejected because an unsupported layer 2 protocol value of &46 (&47 &48) was requested.
Currently, the local system will only process incoming ISDN calls which request 0E (ISDN Data Link Control (IDLC)), 06 (CCITT X.25 Data Link Control), or 11 (ISO 7776 X.25 Data Link Control) as the layer 2 protocol.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, ensure that it is configured to request a supported layer 2 protocol, and then contact the remote operator to retry the call.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).

The cause information element is: &43.
The remote address extension received is: &41.
