Deferred activation cannot be specified for bound service program &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Bound service program &1 in library &2 was specified with deferred activation (*DEFER). Deferred activation cannot be specified when the target release (TGTRLS) of the object being created or updated is prior to V6R1M0.
Bound service programs can be specified either on the Bound service program (BNDSRVPGM) parameter, or from a binding directory.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is necessary. Immediate activation will be used.
