Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The required mapping for code page &1 was not specified using an EBCDIC to ASCII mapping table tag (PDFTEBCTBL) and a Font Width mapping table tag (PFNTWTH) pair. The mapping for the code page is required for the &2 tag on line &3 in the source file member.
Recovery . . . : Edit the source file member to include a mapping for code page &1 on the &2 tag.
