Internal error occurred, reference point &1,&2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal processing error occurred. The reference point is &1, &2.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
Use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to look for a problem record that is associated with this problem. If the problem record exists, select the option to work with the problem.
If the status of the problem record is OPENED, then select the option to analyze the problem.
If the status of the problem record is READY, then select the option to report the problem.
If a problem record does not exist for this problem, do the following:
Use the Work with System Value (WRKSYSVAL) command to change the QSFWERRLOG (Software error logging) value to *LOG.
Try to create the situation that caused this message to occur again.
If you are successful in creating the problem again, a problem record has been created in the problem log and you can use the procedure above to send the information collected to your service representative.
