Length of associated value for &1 keyword incorrect.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The length of the value associated with the keyword &1 on the &2 tag starting on line &5 is not correct. The value must be either 0 bytes, &3 bytes, or &4 bytes long.
Recovery . . . : Edit the source file member to change the length of the value associated with the &1 keyword. Specify either ''X or a value that is &3 bytes or &4 bytes long.
