Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal system failure has occurred during the vary on processing of device &1. *COMMIT level conversations will not be allowed on device &1. Conversations with synchronization levels of *NONE and *CONFIRM are unaffected.
Recovery . . . : If *COMMIT level conversations is desired for device &1, then use the VRYCFG command to vary device &1 off and then on. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
