An internal error occurred during the vary on of device &1. Automatic recovery in progress.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A failure was encountered by the local system while attempting to vary on device &1. This failure occurred as a result of an unusable communication object or some other type of internal system failure. The system is attempting error recovery. If the recovery is successful, message CPI5E33 will be displayed on the system operator message queue.
Recovery . . . :
Once the recovery has completed successfully, use the VRYCFG command to vary off and on all APPC device descriptions that will have conversations evoked with a *COMMIT synchronization level.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
