Volume ID does not match cartridge ID

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cartridge identifier &2 does not match logical volume identifier &3 in library device &1.
Recovery . . . : Cartridge &2 may be used for input operations. Do not attempt to use cartridge &2 for an output operation until an Initialize Tape (INZTAP) command is done to initialize the volume identifier to match the cartridge identifier.
