Object &1 could not be journaled.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Because of either the presence of a data area with the name QDFTJRN in library &2 or the library &2 is journaled, object &1 in library &2 type *&3 was to automatically start journaling for this operation. Journaling failed to start to journal &4 in library &5.
Recovery . . . : Use the Start Journal Object (STRJRNOBJ) or Start Journal Physical file (STRJRNPF) command to start journaling for this object.
If the QDFTJRN data area exists in the library, ensure the correct journal is listed in the data area.
If the library is journaled, ensure the inherit rules are correctly specified and the library is currently journaled. Use the Display Library Description command (DSPLIBD) to view the library journal status and inherit rules.
Take the appropriate action based on the other messages that were returned.
