Cause . . . . . : The meeting notice document was sent from a system that is in a different time zone than the system that you are using. The dates and times of the meeting are shown using the local time zone for your system.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If the times shown in the meeting notice do not appear to be correct, verify that the QUTCOFFSET system value is set properly to reflect the local time zone for your system.
