Base operating system option 42 not installed or license key not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Base operating system option 42, HA Journal performance, must be installed and a valid license key is required to use journal caching (JRNCACHE). The reason code is &1 and is defined as follows:
1 -- base operating system option 42 is not installed.
2 -- base operating system option 42 is installed but a valid license key does not exist.
Recovery . . . : Recovery actions for each reason code are:
1 -- Install base operating system option 42 and obtain a valid license key. Contact your software provider to obtain a new license key to allow further use of this product.
2 -- Obtain a valid license key. Contact your software provider to obtain a new license key to allow further use of this product.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Since there is not a current valid license or this feature was not installed, this journal will not be changed to use journal caching. If this was an existing journal and the license has expired or the feature has been removed, this journal will turn off journal caching.
