Journal receivers consuming extra space.

Cause . . . . . : The journal receivers associated with journal &2 in library &3 are consuming slightly more space than they should. If the journal receivers do not have a receiver maximum option specified and the number of objects journaled to the journal is close to the 250,000 maximum, then this may cause problems starting journaling.
Recovery . . . : If space is a concern either the Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) or Reclaim Objects by Owner (RCLOBJOWN) command could be used to ensure that the next journal receiver attached to the journal &2 does not continue to consume this extra space. User profile &1 owns journal &2.
