Message : CPI7021
Internal system journal may affect performance.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The internal system journal with journal identification number &4 has &1 objects journaled of which &2 objects are actively changing. The specified recovery count for this journal is &3. The number of actively changing objects exceeds the recovery count for this journal and may affect both runtime performance and abnormal IPL performance if an abnormal IPL were to occur.
Recovery . . . : To ensure the best possible system performance do one of the following:
1 - If a longer abnormal IPL is not acceptable, use the Edit Recovery for Access Paths (EDTRCYAP) command to Display Protected Access Paths (F14). Record some of the files from the list that do not exist in an IBM supplied library and start journaling those files to a user journal using the Start Journal Physical File (STRJRNPF) command.
2 - If a longer abnormal IPL is acceptable, use the EDTRCYAP command to increase System Access Path Recovery Time for Auxilary Storage Pool (ASP) &5. This will improve runtime performace and allow an abnormal IPL to take longer.
