Remote journal could not be restarted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Remote journal &1 in &2 in Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) group &6 associated with journal &3 in &4 in ASP group &7 could not be reactivated. Either an unrecoverable error occurred or the system reached the specified maximum number of attempts. The system will no longer attempt to reactivate the remote journal. The system attempted to restart the remote journal connection &8 times. The maximum number of attempts specified for the remote journal connection is &9.
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors and activate the remote journal using the Change Remote Journal (CHGRMTJRN) command or the Change Journal State (QjoChangeJournalState) API.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The source journal is &3 in &4 in Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) group &7. The remote journal is &1 in &2 in ASP group &6. The relational database name is &5.
