Could only start journaling file &1 locally.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Distributed file &1 in library &2 has started journaling to journal &3 in library &4 on this system. However, if this message was sent by the system that initiated the STRJRNPF command, there was a problem while distributing the start journal request to other systems in the files node group. Therefore, the file may be in an inconsistent state on the various systems.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to see the previously listed error messages to determine what problems occurred. If you want to end journaling because the start journal command did not distribute, use the End Journaling Physical File (ENDJRNPF) command.
