DLTJRNRCV required to continue DLTRCV(*YES)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error prevented the system from either determining if journal receivers were to be deleted by the system or from deleting journal receiver &3 in library &4 in Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) group &5 at this time. If *N appears for the ASP group name then the journal receiver exists in the system ASP or a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : To determine if this journal is defined as DLTRCV(*YES), use the Work with Journal Attributes (WRKJRNA) command. Specify journal &1 in library &2 in ASP group &5.
If the journal specifies DLTRCV(*YES), delete journal receiver &3 in library &4 in ASP group &5 using the Delete Journal Receiver (DLTJRNRCV) command. The system will not be able to delete the journal receivers for journal &1 in library &2 in ASP group &5 until this journal receiver is deleted.
If the journal specifies DLTRCV(*NO), no recovery is required.
If the journal name and journal library name are *N, then the journal associated with the journal receiver has been deleted or could not be determined.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Use Display Log (DSPLOG) for the system history log QHST for possible additional information on the unexpected error.
This error is expected if this is an install to V4R2M0 and the V4R2M0 QUSRSYS library is not yet installed on the system. Error message CPF707E will be in the QHST log with more information if QUSRSYS installation is the cause for the delete journal receiver failure.
