Message : CPI70E6
Journal or journal receiver not available; reason code &6.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 - A lock conflict on either journal &1 in library &2 in Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) group &13, or receiver &3 in library &4, prevented the system from either determining if receivers were to be deleted by the system, or from deleting the receiver at this time.
2 - Receiver &3 in library &4 in ASP group &13 is in use by the file system and can not be deleted at this time.
3 - An IPL or vary on of an IASP is currently in progress. The system will wait to process the receiver, in case the receiver is needed for commitment control IPL recovery.
4 - Exit program &7 in library &8 stated that receiver &3 was not eligible for deletion.
5 - Receiver &3 has not yet been fully replicated to &12 remote journals. One of the remote journals is &9 in library &10 identified by &11.
6 - The exit program registration facility was not available for use to determine what exit programs, if any, are registered for exit point QIBM_QJO_DLT_JRNRCV.
The system will try to process the receiver again every &14 minutes until the system can process the receiver successfully.
A value of *N means the information was not available or does not apply. If *N appears for the ASP group name then the journal receiver exists in the system ASP or a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : No action needed.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For reason code 1, to ensure that the next attempt to process the receiver is successful, do one of the following:
1 - Use the WRKOBJLCK command to see which job or thread within a job has a lock, and ensure that the lock is released before the next attempt is made to retry the operation.
2 - Perform a DLTJRNRCV command for receiver &3 in library &4 in ASP group &13.
For reason code 2 or 6, there is no way to determine which specific job has the receiver or registration facility in use.
For reason code 3, there is no recovery, wait for IPL or the vary on of an IASP to complete.
For reason code 4, determine why the exit program does not consider the receiver eligible for deletion. Once the exit program allows the delete, other exit programs registered for QIBM_QJO_DLT_JRNRCV exit point may prevent the delete. Use the WRKREGINF command specifying exit point QIBM_QJO_DLT_JRNRCV, to see all the registered exit programs.
For reason code 5, DSPLOG QHST for CPD705F messages identifying all the remote journals that this receiver has not yet been replicated to. Ensure that all these remote journals have a journal state of *ACTIVE. Use the WRKJRNA command to see the list of remote journals and their journal state.
