Value &1 for PTF ID must be 7 characters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value &1 for PTF ID field must be 7 characters in length. The only value allowed that is not 7 characters is the special value *GEN used to generate a PTF ID.
Recovery . . . : Change the length of the value to 7 characters or change the value to the special value *GEN to generate the PTF ID.
