Alert focal point request from &1.&2 rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request for an alert focal point was received from control point &2 with network ID &1. The request was rejected because the local system is not a primary alert focal point.
Recovery . . . : If the local system should be a primary focal point, start focal point processing using the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) command to change the value for the alert primary focal point (ALRPRIFP) attribute to *YES.
