Focal point request from &1.&2 rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Focal point with control point name &2 and network ID &1 sent a request to become a focal point for the local system. The request was for a type of processing that is not supported by the local system, therefore, the request was rejected. Only alert focal points are supported.
