Alert received from &4 was not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system received an alert from &4 on &1 at &2 that could not be interpreted.
If the ALRLOGSTS network attribute value is either *ALL or *RCV, the alert was logged. The alert was not forwarded.
Recovery . . . : Display the alert using the Work with Alerts (WRKALR) command. If the alert format is not valid, the sending system is in error.
If the alert is valid, report the problem (ANZPRB command). For more information on alert formats, see SNA Formats, GA27-3136.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason code is &3. The reason codes are as follows:
10 -- Subvector or subfield length not valid.
20 -- Resource hierarchy not valid.
