Alert program not found or not active on &1.&2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A communications session for alerts could not be established because the alert program was not found, or it was not active on control point &1.&2.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display job log (DSPJOBLOG) command to look at the previously listed messages in the QALERT job log to determine the cause of the failure. The system will try to establish the session again automatically. You can force another try to establish a session by using the Work with sphere of control (WRKSOC) command to delete &1.&2 from the sphere of control and then add it to the sphere of control again.
