Alert session to &1.&2 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This system issued the bind command to initiate an alert communication session. The bind command is a request sent from one system to another to activate a session between them. The receiving system uses the parameters sent with the bind command to help determine whether or not a session will be established. This system received a negative response to the bind command; therefore, the alert session to &1.&2 failed.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display job log (DSPJOBLOG) command to look at the previously listed messages in the QALERT job log to determine the cause of the failure. The system will try to establish the session again automatically. You can force another try to establish a session by using the Work with sphere of control (WRKSOC) command to delete &1.&2 from the sphere of control and then add it to the sphere of control again.
