Alert description &1 will not be used when creating an alert.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Alert description &1 is defining an alert description with a log problem (LOGPRB parameter) specified as yes (*YES).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Verify that the message identifier is correct.
-- If the message identifier is not correct, delete it using the Remove Alert Description (RMVALRD) command and then add the message identifier using the Add Alert Description (ADDALRD) command.
-- If the message identifier is correct, and you want alert description &1 to be used when creating the alert, then use the Change Message Description (CHGMSGD) command to change the LOGPRB to no (*NO).
