Failure cause &1 does not have the correct number of detail qualifiers.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : It is possible that failure cause code point &1 does not have the correct number of detailed qualifiers.
Recovery . . . : Verify the number of failure cause detailed qualifiers is correct.
Then do one or more of the following:
-- If the number of detailed qualifiers is not correct, change the detail qualifiers using the Change Alert Description (CHGALRD) command.
-- If the number of detailed qualifiers is correct, no further action is required. For more information on detailed qualifiers, see the section on common fields in SNA Formats, GA27-3136
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of detail data qualifiers needed for a specific code point is determined by the third digit of the code point.
