Alert Hold Count is set to &1

Cause . . . . . : The alert hold Count was set to &1 using the Change network attributes (CHGNETA) command. The alert hold count is the number of of alerts that are held before a communications session is established to forward the alerts to the next node or alert focal point. The maximum value for this field is *NOMAX.
